If a printer is not sold as a Citizen machine, we cannot produce utilities for it and you would need to approach the branded manufacturer for such a utility. The basic.DLL files used to monitor the printers are broadly the same on all of our printers so it should not be so difficult to implement this, but this is currently 'out of our hands' to support others at this moment.
