Has anyone had a problem with communicating with the Voyager frequent flyer program customer service? I am trying to resurrect a membership which I haven't used for years and initially I had prompt replies. However due to an issue with faxing an ID document I was asked to email a copy of my ID which I did immediately. They auto-replied that they had received this email but since then about four or five requests from me on progress has been met with the exact SAME email (not the auto-reply) asking for a copy of my ID document. It doesn't seem to matter what I write in my emails, I just keep getting the same response!!

It is driving me mad! I guess I should just send another copy and see what happens? Is this their usual incompetence or am I unlucky. My membership originally stagnated because of communication difficulties - maybe nothing's changed.
